Description:
Hyaluronic Acid is labeled with AMCA (aminomethylcoumarin acetate) a blue fluorescent dye (Ex: 345-350 nm, Em: 440-460 nm), purity: >95% lyophilized powder.
Degree of substitution: 1 mol % substitution and at least one dye molecule per HA polymer.
